Developed a photonic crystal absorption and transmittance simulation platform based on finite difference time domain method (FDTD) and applied it to the calculation of basic research and development projects of the Institute of Near Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and achieved significant social and economic benefits. Obtained 8 patents and 12 soft works, participated in conferences and invited more than 10 reports at home and abroad. In the past five years, he has presided over 2 national fund projects such as "Construction of Nonlinear Finite Difference Time Domain Method to Study Composite Sub-wavelength Metal Structure Photodiodes" and 3 provincial and ministerial-level and horizontal projects. Published more than 50 academic papers in "Nanomaterials", "EPL-EUROPHYS LETT", "Results in Physics", "CPB" and other well-known domestic and foreign journals and international conferences. One of the papers was awarded "The Most Influential Paper of the Chinese Physical Society in 2020" Award” ("Journal of Physics" selected 6 articles from the articles published in the journal in 2016-2018). In 2011 and 2015, they were exchange doctors and visiting scholars at the Technological University of Catalonia in Spain and the University of Southern Illinois in the United States.
