![]() | Prof. XiaoTao Hao, Shandong University Xiao-Tao Hao is now working as a professor at the School of Physics in Shandong University, China. Fellow of IOP, FInst, and FRSC. He joined the School of Chemistry at The University of Melbourne in 2007 and returned to Shandong University in 2012. His research interests include organic semiconductor physics and device physics, time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy/microscopy, and organic solar cells. He has more than 200 papers published in peer-reviewed journals and holds 6 patents. Xiao-Tao Hao is a Director Board Member of Shandong Physical Society, and Shandong Society of Optical Engineering. He serves as the Regional Vice President of Thin Films Society and also serves as the editorial member of Scientific Reports, ChemPhysMater, Chinese Journal of Chemistry, and Chinese Chemical Letters. |
![]() | Prof. Ergang Wang, Chalmers University of Technology(Sweden) Ergang Wang obtained his Ph.D. at the South China University of Technology under the supervision of Prof. Yong Cao in 2008. His Ph.D. thesis was nominated as TOP 100 of National Excellent Doctoral Dissertations in China in 2010. He has been a postdoc in Prof. Mats Andersson's group at the Chalmers University of Technology in 2008-2011. After that, he was appointed as an Assistant Professor in 2012 and Associate Professor in 2016. He also won the Marie Curie fellowship in 2016 as a senior scientist. The focus of his work is mainly on the design and synthesis of conjugated polymers and graphene-like materials for organic solar cells, OLEDs, and OFETs. |
![]() | Prof. Jian Zhang, Guilin University Of Electronic Technology Zhang Jian, Professor, School of Materials Science and Engineering, Guilin University of Electronic Science and Technology, is the third batch of Guangxi Ba Gui Scholars, and the recipient of Guangxi Outstanding Youth Fund. 2010, he was selected by the Chinese Academy of Sciences as one of the "Hundred Talents Plan", 2011, and 2012, he was selected as one of the first batches of ten hundred thousand high-end talents in Liaoning Province. In 2014, he was appointed as Guangxi Ba Gui Scholar. He is in charge of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and other key projects. Prof. Hongyun Xie, Beijing University Of Technology Xie Hongyun graduated from the Institute of Semiconductor Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences in June 2006 with a Ph.D. degree and joined the School of Electronic Information and Control Engineering, Beijing Institute of Technology in July 2006. semiconductor device testing. His main research areas are semiconductor high-speed optoelectronic devices and optoelectronic integrated circuits; semiconductor radio frequency (RF) devices and RF integrated circuits; semiconductor microwave power devices and device reliability; undertaking research projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Beijing Natural Science Foundation and Beijing Municipal Education Commission. |
![]() | Prof. Nianqiang Li, Soochow University Nianqiang Li is now working as a full professor at the School of Optoelectronic Science and Engineering, Soochow University, Suzhou, China. He received a B.S. degree in communication engineering and a Ph.D. degree in optoelectronics from Southwest Jiaotong University, China, in 2008 and 2016, respectively. From 2013 to 2014, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), USA. From 2016 to 2018, he was with the School of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering, University of Essex, as a Postdoctoral Researcher focusing on a collaborative EPSRC funded project in the U.K. From May 2018 to December 2018, he was with the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Ottawa, Canada, working on microwave photonics. He has authored or co-authored more than 80 peer-reviewed journal papers. His current research mainly focuses on the area of laser dynamics, chaos-based communication and random number generation, and microwave photonics. |
