I am an associate professor and Master's supervisor at the School of Optoelectronic Engineering, Chongqing University. I’m also a fixed scientific researcher at the Key Laboratory of Optoelectronic Technology and Systems of the National Ministry of Education. My research focuses on wide bandgap solar-blind ultraviolet detectors, self-powered electro-optical energy and flexible optical sensors. I have conducted in-depth and systematic research on the materials, devices, and fabrication technology for low-level light detection and ultraviolet detection. I have published more than 20 SCI source journal papers as the first author or corresponding author, and applied for and was granted 6 patents. I have received the rewards including the second prize and the third prize for scientific and technological progress from the National Ministry of Education.

重庆大学光电工程学院副教授、硕士生导师，教育部光电技术及系统重点实验室固定科研人员。研究方向为宽禁带日盲紫外探测器、自供电光能源技术及柔性光传感器，在微光探测与紫外探测光电材料、器件与制备方面有比较深入和系统的研究。以第一作者或通信作者发表SCI源刊论文20余篇，申请及授权专利6项，获教育部科技进步二等奖和教育部科学技术三等奖各一项。
