郝晓涛教授，山东大学

Xiao-Tao Hao is a Professor at the School of Physics, Shandong University. He holds the titles of Fellow of the Institute of Physics (FInstP) and Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC). He has been selected as one of the first batch of high-level young talents in the National Overseas Talent Program and a distinguished expert in the Taishan Scholars Program of Shandong Province. His main research interests include low-dimensional organic semiconductor physics, organic solar cells, and ultrafast spectroscopy and microscopy. He has published over 200 papers in international academic journals, with more than 10,000 citations to date. He has been granted three international invention patents and four national invention patents. He has delivered more than 50 keynote and invited talks at international and domestic academic conferences. He is currently serving as the Regional Vice President of the Thin Films Society, Executive Committee Member of the Optical Engineering Society of Shandong Province, and an associate editor of Chinese Journal of Chemistry. He is also serving as editorial board member of Scientific Reports and ChemPhysMater. He served as a committee member and convener of the Organic Electronics Subcommittee of the International Thin Films Conference and a committee member of the SPIE Nanophotonics International Conference.

郝晓涛，理学博士，山东大学物理学院教授、博士生导师。英国物理学会会士，英国皇家化学学会会士，入选首批国家海外高层次青年人才计划，山东省泰山学者特聘专家。主要研究方向为低维有机半导体物理、有机太阳能电池、超快光谱与显微学等。近年来，在国际学术期刊上发表论文200余篇，到目前引用10000余次。获得国际发明专利授权3项，国家发明专利授权4项。在国际、国内学术会议做主旨报告、邀请报告50余次。目前担任国际薄膜学会区域副主席，山东省光学工程学会常务理事，《Chinese Journal of Chemistry》副主编，Scientific Reports、ChemPhysMater等学术期刊编委。曾任国际薄膜大会组委会委员暨有机电子分会召集人、SPIE Nanophotonics国际会议组委会委员。
