Liu Bin, Ph.D., associate professor, master's tutor. Director of the Institute of Optoelectronics, the College of Information and Communication Engineering, Harbin Engineering University. The main research directions are acoustic detection technology based on MEMS optical fiber sensing, bionic acoustics detection technology, high temperature and high pressure sensing technology, etc. He has hosted or participated in national-level vertical sub-projects, Youth Science Fund projects, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation general projects, Heilongjiang Youth Science Fund projects, National Natural Science Foundation projects, etc. He has published more than 40 SCI papers and authorized more than 10 patents. , co-published a monograph. He serves as a youth editorial board member of "Applied Optics" and a member of the Intelligent Sensing and Cognitive Metrology Special Committee.

刘彬，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。哈尔滨工程大学信息与通信工程学院光电所所长。主要研究方向为基于MEMS光纤传感的声探测技术、仿生声探测技术、高温高压多参量传感技术等。先后主持或参与国家级纵向子课题、青年科学基金项目、中国博士后科学基金项目面上项目、黑龙江省青年科学基金项目、国自然面上项目等，发表SCI论文40余篇，授权专利10余项，合作出版专著一本。担任《应用光学》青年编委、智能感知与认知计量专委会委员等。
